Submit an effective request

  • Describe the issue clearly and where it is located.
  • Add photos or a short video when possible.
  • Note the best way and times to reach you.

Routine vs. emergency

Routine issues (a dripping faucet, a worn fixture) go through the AppFolio portal. Emergencies that threaten safety or cause active damage — fire, gas, major flooding, or no heat in dangerous cold — require immediate action.

Emergencies

For life-threatening emergencies call 911. For urgent property emergencies, call WAPM at 715-301-3255.
