Three steps to pay online
Log in to the portal
Sign in to your AppFolio resident portal with the email on your lease. First time? Use the activation link WAPM sent you.
Choose how to pay
Pay by eCheck (ACH) from your bank account, or by debit/credit card. Processing fees may apply to card payments.
Set up AutoPay (optional)
Turn on recurring payments so rent is paid automatically each month — no reminders, no late fees.
Good to know
When is rent due?
Rent due dates and any grace period are defined in your individual lease. Check your lease or the portal for your specific terms.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through AppFolio using bank-level encryption. WAPM never stores your full payment details.
What if I can’t pay on time?
If you anticipate a problem, contact us as early as possible at 715-301-3255. We’d always rather work with you ahead of time.
