Review the details
Check the rent, deposit, utilities, and pet policy on the listing. Each property can differ, so confirm the specifics before you apply.
Step 3
Submit your application
Apply directly through AppFolio and pay the $25 application fee securely. All adult applicants should apply.
Step 4
Hear back from us
We review applications against consistent criteria and follow up with you. You can also review your application within AppFolio.
