Submit maintenance requests through the AppFolio Resident Portal so you can describe the issue, include helpful photos, and track updates.

Step 1

Open a request

Log in to your resident portal and start a new maintenance request from your dashboard.

Step 2

Add photos & details

Describe the issue and attach clear photos. The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose and fix it.

Step 3

Track the status

You’ll get updates as your request is scheduled and completed — everything stays documented in the portal.

Emergencies

Your safety comes first. For emergencies, do not wait on a portal request — follow these steps.

  • For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
  • For a gas smell, leave the building right away, then call your gas utility and 911.
  • For active flooding, shut off the water source if you can do so safely.
  • For fire, evacuate and call 911 before contacting WAPM.
  • For urgent property emergencies (no heat in dangerous cold, major leaks), call WAPM at 715-301-3255.
