What to have ready
- Government-issued photo ID for each adult applicant
- Proof of income such as recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or benefit statements
- Employer name and contact information
- Current and previous rental history with landlord contacts
- Vehicle information, if requested on the listing
- Pet information, if the property allows pets
Before you submit
- 1Confirm the rent, deposit, utilities, and pet policy on the listing.
- 2Make sure every adult who will live in the home applies.
- 3Double-check names and dates for accuracy.
- 4Have the application fee ready to pay securely in AppFolio.
