Born and raised in Park Falls, Brett grew up with a humble background and spent his early years working in factories before finding his passion as a local auto consultant. His down to earth personality and dedication to helping people quickly made him a well known and trusted face in the Wausau area.

In his late twenties, Brett decided to chase a bigger dream, to build a business that would provide for his family while creating real value for others. That dream became WAPM, a company grounded in trust, communication, and community.

What makes Brett’s journey stand out is that while building his own success, he’s never lost sight of what matters most: people.

He’s made it a personal mission to ensure that every property owner and tenant under WAPM’s care feels respected, supported, and well taken care of.
