Maintenance Request:
Login to to your account on either the link provided: https://www.rentecdirect.com/details/tenant-portal or in the app (Resident Connect).
- Click On The Repairs Tab At The Top Of Your Page - This Will Bring You To A Page With Outgoing And Previous Maintenance Requests. 
- Click On Report An Issue Located In The Right Hand Corner At The Top Of The Page 
- Fill Out A Short Description And A Detailed Description Of What Your Issue Is 
- Once You’ve Hit Report Issue It Will Give You The Option To Add Photos Of The Issue - Our Maintenance Team Will Reach Out To You Within 24 Business Hours.
