How To Pay Rent:

Login to to your account on either the link provided: https://www.rentecdirect.com/details/tenant-portal or in the app (Resident Connect).

• Type In Your Username And Password (Username is your email and password is what you changed it to)

• Click On The Payments Tab In The Upper Right Hand Corner

• This Will Bring You To A Page With Three Options Of Either One Time Payment(This payment will not recur), Set Up Recurring Payment(This payment will recur every month with the date that YOU chose), Or Instant Credit/Debit Card(This payment will be made with either your debit or credit card)

• After Deciding On Either One Time Payment, Recurring Payment, Or Instant Credit Or Debit Card, You Will Be Directed With Options Of How You Want To Pay:

• Choose From The Two Options Of Either Online Payment Or Instant Credit Or Debit Card (You Many Need To Scroll Down If You Don’t See One Of These Options)

  If You Choose Online Payment You Will Need To Put In Your Account And Routing Number That’s Associated With You Bank Account, The Amount That Your Rent Is, And The Date Of The Payment. You Will Need To Hit The Schedule Payment Button In Order For The Payment To Go Through.

If You Choose Instant Credit Or Debit Card You Will Need To Put In Your Credit OR Debit Card Number Along With The CVV, The Date You Want The Payment To Go Through, The Date Your Card Expires On, And The Billing Zip Code. You Will Need To Hit The Make Payment Button In Order For The Payment To Go Through.
